THE BREAKTHROUGH
Burnout Recovery Coaching for lasting change.
Unlock your potential.
Reclaim your energy.
Rediscover what's possible.
Burnout. Feeling blah or stuck. That nagging sense that something needs to change but you can't see what.
By combining low-dose ketamine protocols with holistic integration, we bridge the gap between where you are and the life that is waiting for you.
A different kind of reset rooted in real science
Ketamine provides rapid relief from anxiety, burnout, and chronic stress by quieting the old thinking, old stories, and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck.
It opens new neural pathways, enhances cognition, and improves creative problem-solving.
This isn't experimental. It's evidence-based, medically supervised, and paired with coaching to make the shift last.
Ketamine creates the opening.
Coaching creates the transformation.
Is This Right For You?
You might be a good fit for this work if:
You've been carrying burnout or chronic stress for longer than feels sustainable.
You're a high-performer or leader who's hit the limits of what traditional coaching or therapy alone could offer.
You're moving through a significant identity transition and feel stuck in old patterns.
You sense there's something deeper at play — a nervous system story, not just a thinking problem.
You're looking for a fresh perspective — sharper thinking, more creativity, a way to see your work and life from outside the loop you've been running.
This may not be the right fit if you're looking for a quick fix or a way to bypass the harder parts of change,
We'll talk through fit honestly on our discovery call — this work isn't for everyone, and that's okay.
How it works
We work together to co-create your program.
All protocols use low-dose, sublingual ketamine prescribed by a licensed provider and administered in the comfort of your home.
Step 1:
Discovery & Assessment
• We begin with a discovery call to explore your intentions, goals, and whether this work is the right fit.
• You choose a licensed medical clinician that best fits your needs, whether telemedicine or local MD.
• Your clinician completes the medical assessment and determines whether ketamine is appropriate for you.
Step 2:
Concierge Ketamine Experience
• You follow the protocol prescribed by your clinician in privacy and comfort of your home.
• I provide grounded support before, during, and after the journey, either virtually or in person, depending on your program.
• This is a high-touch, carefully held experience designed to help you feel safe, supported, and able to stay with what emerges.
Step 3:
Integration
• We meet 24 to 48 hours after your session to identify the core insights, patterns, and openings from the experience.
• I reflect and remind you of what emerged and became clear during the journey.
• We translate those insights into action: decisions, behavior changes, boundaries, and next steps.
I specialize in this work because I’ve walked the path myself.
I’m Rhetta Rowland. For two decades, I built a high-pressure corporate marketing career. I eventually launched my own coaching practice, only to hit a wall of burnout and a depression that traditional therapy and meditation couldn't reach.
As a woman in long-term recovery, I was understandably cautious. I didn't need an escape; I needed an opening. Working with a skilled, sober-affirming medical team, I discovered that in a safe, intentional container, ketamine-assisted coaching could offer the "reset" I had been searching for. For the first time, real possibility felt accessible again.
This work is therapeutic, not recreational. Because of my background in recovery, I approach this medicine with a non-negotiable commitment to safety and clinical integrity. I understand the courage it takes to explore these depths, and I bring both "boardroom strategy" and somatic training to ensure your insights don't just happen—they stick.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. I’m here to guide you through the fear, the courage, and the grace.

Why Ketamine
It rewires neural patterns.
At low doses, ketamine disrupts the pathways that keep you trapped in old patterns.
It stimulates neuroplasticity—literally rewiring how your brain works—creating new neural connections that lift support renewed possibilities and change.
But the medicine is only the beginning.
The real transformation happens in integration—in the days and weeks after, when you work with someone trained to help you translate what you've touched into lasting change.
I support you through the entire protocol and integration process. Most programs consist of six (6) 1-hour low-dose ketamine sessions over a 6-week period. You and your clinician will determine the number of sessions that is right for you.
Continue the Work
After the ketamine protocol, many clients choose to continue coaching for an additional three months.
This is where we build on the renewed energy, clarity, possibility, and aliveness that may emerge during the process. Together, we turn insight into structure, choice into action, and change into something you can actually sustain.
Currently accepting clients for in-person concierge support in the SF Bay Area .
Virtual sessions are also available globally, offering the same high-touch integration and guidance from the comfort of your own space.
Rhetta Rowland is an integration coach, not a medical doctor or a prescriber.
FAQ
-
Ketamine can improve mental health in two ways: by improving your brain chemistry, and by providing a conscious therapeutic experience.
When people suffer from chronic worry, anxiety, depression, and/or PTSD, the neurons in their brain become stunted with fewer connections. Ketamine helps repair this damage by stimulating neuroplasticity, or increased growth and flexibility. This can lead to reduction of negative thoughts and rumination. It also stimulates the formation of new neural connections.
The therapeutic ketamine experience can also provide positive psychological experiences, new perspectives, and an improvement in baseline mood and mindset. -
Yes. Ketamine is FDA-approved and legally prescribed off-label for this use by licensed medical providers. Every protocol is medically supervised — you'll work with a licensed clinician or doctor who assesses whether it's appropriate for you before anything begins.
I am an integration coach, not a prescriber or a medical doctor; my role is the guidance and integration around the medical protocol, not the protocol itself. -
No. This is coaching. It's not a replacement for therapy or a treatment for a diagnosed mental health condition. If you're currently in therapy, this work can complement it — many clients do both. If you're not sure what's right for you, we can talk it through.

Most clients say a low-dose ketamine journey feels gentle, reflective, and pleasant — like a sense of lightness or floating. You remain aware, though pleasantly inward-focused, as thoughts take on a soft, dreamlike quality. Many describe it as calm, curious, and easy to settle into.
Sessions last about 45–60 minutes, and you can get back to your day soon after. Since sessions happen at home in a familiar, comfortable setting, many people find that comfort helps them go deeper and get more out of the experience.Note: At the low dose my clients typically use, ketamine acts as a psycholytic rather than a psychedelic — meaning it gently loosens rigid thought patterns without producing the strong ego dissolution, hallucinations, or other intense effects associated with high-dose psychedelic experiences.

Working together happens in three phases: Prep, Journey, and Integration.
We begin with prep sessions — typically two — to prepare you for what to expect and to set your intentions for the work ahead.
In the Journey session, we start with a relaxation body scan or visualization. When you're ready, you take the medication and the journey begins. You lie down in a comfortable space with an eye mask on, supported by music and my verbal guidance to keep the journey connected to your intention. I'm with you throughout — if anything feels unsettling, you can talk to me and hear my voice.
The Integration session happens within 48 hours of the Journey. Together we process and make meaning of what came up, and begin the coaching work of forming new habits that keep the window of change open — moving you toward the goals we set in our coaching agreement, and building new patterns that help sustain those neural pathways over time.
-
Most programs are four to six one-hour low-dose sessions over four to six weeks, though you and your clinician will determine what's right for you.
Many clients choose to continue coaching after the protocol, for two reasons: to keep the neural pathways open, and because taking action toward their goals simply gets easier — with less resistance, rumination, second-guessing.

Sessions are held in the comfort of your home.
I can join you for Journey Sessions in-person in the SF Bay Area or virtually. -
At low, medically supervised doses, ketamine does not cause addiction. If you have a history of substance use, tell your provider so they can assess whether it’s safe for you.

I understand this question personally — I'm in long-term recovery myself, and I approach this work with a non-negotiable commitment to safety and clinical integrity because of it. This is not a path to escape or a recreational experience; every protocol is therapeutic, medically supervised, and low-dose. Whether it's appropriate for you is something we discuss honestly, together, before you begin. And, I suggest you discuss with your medical and recovery support team.
